Read latency sits at 80 µs and write latency at 15 µs. Active power draw is 12.1W during sequential reads and 16.6W during sequential writes, with an operating range of 0°C to 70°C.

NVMe 1.4 practical limits

The drive implements the NVMe 1.4 specification over four PCIe Gen4 lanes, so throughput cannot exceed the electrical ceiling of that link. Latency and IOPS figures are measured at the device level; system-level results depend on the host controller, driver stack and queue depth configuration. The 15.36TB capacity is the maximum addressable space this model provides.
