This 48V 500W switch-mode supply delivers 10.4A for LED displays, CCTV, 3D printers and similar industrial loads. It accepts 110V or 220V AC input with a 15% tolerance and includes an adjustable output voltage terminal. The aluminium chassis relies on passive cooling and operates from 0 to 40°C.

Interface and Protection Limits

The unit provides DC 48V output with short-circuit, overload and over-voltage protection built in. It meets CCC, FCC and CE safety compliance and is rated for up to 95% non-condensing humidity. Storage temperature range spans -20 to 60°C, and the supply has passed a 100% full-load burn-in test.

Installation and Common Issues

Wiring uses L and N terminals for AC input, GND and V+ for DC output, plus an Adj terminal for voltage trimming. The chassis measures approximately 199 x 98 x 42 mm, so verify enclosure space before mounting. Ensure adequate airflow for passive cooling and confirm the 48V 10.4A rating matches the load to avoid overload shutdown.
