This NEC OPS-APIC-PS module fits directly into compatible displays, delivering a complete Intel Celeron 2000E system with 4 GB DDR4 memory and 64 GB eMMC storage. It targets integrators who need a compact compute node for signage, kiosk or meeting-room screens without external cabling.
Slide-in installation with proprietary slot
The unit slides into the OPS bay of a supported display and locks with two thumbscrews, so no separate power brick or video cables are required. Installation fails when the display does not implement the OPS standard or when the slot provides less than the 60 W the module draws.
Steady 60 W thermal envelope
Under continuous load the dual-core 2.2 GHz processor and integrated Intel HD Graphics 4600 operate within the 60 W power budget supplied by the display, avoiding the throttling seen in short-burst benchmarks. The fanless chassis relies on the display's internal airflow, so sustained performance depends on the host screen's cooling design.
