4Rx4 registered modules with major OEM chips

Twelve 128 GB 288-pin RDIMMs use 4Rx4 organisation and chips sourced from Samsung Micron or Hynix to ensure signal integrity at full load. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the server memory controller allowing all twelve slots to be populated without timing compromises. No heat spreaders are fitted so airflow in dense chassis remains unobstructed.

1.1 V DDR5 lowers power draw under load

Operating at 1.1 V the kit draws less power per gigabyte than previous DDR generations while sustaining 4800 MT/s throughput. Registered buffering and on-die ECC maintain data integrity during sustained compute tasks without adding audible noise since the modules are passive. Thermal output scales with total capacity so adequate server airflow is required.
