Tyan Transport CX Kit

This 128 GB kit contains sixteen 8 GB DDR4 3200 RDIMM modules built for the Tyan Transport CX GC68-B8036-LE. ECC and registered operation protect data integrity in server workloads. The CL22 latency and 1.20 V voltage match the platform specification.

Upgrade from smaller kits

Replacing a partial population with the full 16-module set lets the memory controller use all channels at rated speed. The jump is worth it when applications need the full 128 GB capacity for virtualisation or large datasets. A smaller kit leaves channels empty and limits total addressable memory.

Build integration

Modules install directly into the 288-pin DDR4 slots of the target Tyan motherboard without adapters. The 1Rx8 organisation works with the board memory controller at PC4-25600. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow around the DIMM area must be sufficient for sustained loads.
