This NEMIX RAM module adds 128GB of DDR5 ECC registered memory to compatible Dell PowerEdge R760xa rack servers. The single 288-pin RDIMM operates at 4800MHz with CL40 latency and 1.10V voltage. It is built for enterprise environments that require error correction and registered buffering for system stability.

Replacing Lower Capacity DDR5 RDIMMs

The module replaces smaller DDR5 RDIMMs when workloads demand higher memory density per slot. The upgrade is worthwhile when virtualization, database or analytics tasks exceed the capacity of existing modules and the platform supports 4Rx4 registered DIMMs. It maintains the same 4800MHz speed and 1.10V power envelope as standard DDR5 server memory.

Sustained Load Behaviour With ECC Registered Design
