128GB DDR5 ECC RDIMM kit

This 128GB kit contains four 32GB DDR5 4800 registered ECC modules. It is built for Supermicro X13SEW-TF and X13SEW-F motherboards that require registered memory with error correction. System integrators and IT teams use it to populate all four slots in a single validated configuration.

DDR5 4800 registered DIMM limits

The modules run at 4800 MT/s with a CAS latency of 40 and operate at 1.1V. Registered buffering adds one clock cycle to the command path, which is mandatory for the target platform. The 288-pin DDR5 form factor fits only DDR5 RDIMM slots; it will not seat in UDIMM, SODIMM or earlier DDR generations.

1Rx4 density and headroom

Each 32GB rank uses a 1Rx4 organisation, giving the kit a total of four ranks across four modules. This density suits virtualisation hosts and database nodes that need maximum capacity per channel. Workloads requiring higher frequencies, lower latencies or non-ECC operation fall outside this module's design envelope.
