128GB ECC RDIMM Kit for Thinkmate Workstations

This 128GB kit contains eight 16GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMMs built for Thinkmate XS8-24S3 workstations. ECC and registered operation protect data integrity in multi-socket server boards. The modules run at 1.20V with CL22 timing and use major OEM DRAM from Samsung, Micron or Hynix.

Registered ECC Modules with Major OEM DRAM

Each stick is a 2Rx8 288-pin RDIMM without a heat spreader, validated for the target platform. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing all eight slots to be populated reliably. ECC corrects single-bit errors and detects multi-bit errors during sustained workloads.

Eight-DIMM Capacity for Dense Memory Configurations

The kit fills eight slots to deliver 128GB total, suitable for virtualization hosts, database servers and compute nodes that need maximum DIMM count. Systems limited to fewer than eight slots or requiring unbuffered UDIMMs cannot use this kit. Workloads exceeding 128GB will require a platform with higher per-DIMM density or more memory channels.
