128GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM kit

This 128GB kit contains eight 16GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMMs built with ECC for error correction. It targets administrators upgrading Thinkmate RAX-XS4 and RAX-XH2 rackmount servers where data integrity matters. The modules run at 1.20V with CL22 latency and a 2Rx8 organisation.

Replaces lower-capacity or non-ECC DIMMs

Swapping older unbuffered or smaller registered modules for this kit adds both capacity and error detection in one step. The upgrade is worthwhile when workloads exceed the current memory ceiling or when the platform requires registered ECC memory for stability. Each 288-pin module fits the same slots already populated in the supported Thinkmate systems.

Sustained-load behaviour

All modules are stress tested under load before shipping to verify stable operation during extended server duties. The registered buffer and ECC logic maintain signal integrity and correct single-bit errors throughout continuous operation. Absence of a heat spreader means airflow across the PCB must be adequate for long-running tasks.
