288-Pin RDIMM Form Factor With 4Rx4 Organisation

The module uses the standard 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM connector and a quad-rank 4Rx4 layout, allowing dense capacity per slot without proprietary mounting. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow in the server chassis passes directly over the DRAM packages. Installation follows the usual DIMM-slot procedure described in the system manual.
