This module adds 16 GB of DDR4 2400 memory to the POSIFLEX XT-6315 JIVA high-end fanless POS terminal. It uses a 260-pin SODIMM form factor with CL17 latency and runs at 1.2 V. The kit contains a single 2Rx8 unbuffered non-ECC stick built with major OEM chips.
