This 192 GB kit contains six 32 GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMMs built for Thinkmate GPU-optimised servers. It targets administrators who need maximum ECC capacity in a single validated package. The modules are new and tested for stability under sustained load.

ECC registered DDR4 3200 CL22 specification

Each module runs at DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) with a CAS latency of 22 at 1.20 V. The 2Rx8 organisation and registered buffer ensure signal integrity on densely populated server motherboards. ECC protection corrects single-bit errors to maintain data integrity in mission-critical workloads.

Six-module capacity headroom

The 192 GB total fills six slots and suits virtualisation hosts, GPU compute nodes and large in-memory databases. Systems limited to fewer than six DIMM slots or to lower maximum memory per slot cannot use this kit. Builders needing non-ECC or unbuffered memory must choose a different product.
