192GB DDR4 3200 ECC RDIMM kit

This 192GB kit contains six 32GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMMs built for THINKMATE Supermicro SuperServer 510P-M and 510P-MR platforms. Each module operates at 1.2V with CL22 latency and uses 2Rx4 organisation. The ECC registered design targets servers and workstations that require error correction and signal buffering for stable operation.

Sustained load behaviour

Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing all six modules to run at the rated 3200 MT/s continuously without signal degradation. ECC circuitry detects and corrects single-bit errors during extended compute tasks, preventing silent data corruption. Major OEM DRAM from Samsung, Micron or Hynix is stress tested under load before shipment to verify long-term reliability.

DDR4 RDIMM practical limits

The 288-pin DDR4 RDIMM form factor fits only motherboards designed for registered ECC memory; it will not work in consumer boards that accept only unbuffered DIMMs. Maximum capacity and population rules are defined by the server platform's memory controller and BIOS, not by the modules themselves. Mixing these registered DIMMs with unbuffered or LRDIMM modules is not supported.
