This 192GB kit contains six 32GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMMs built for ThinkMate XF4-24S3 workstations. Each module runs at 1.20V with CL22 latency and 2Rx8 organisation. The ECC registered design targets professionals who need error-correcting memory for stable, high-capacity workloads.

Registered DDR4 bandwidth ceiling

DDR4 3200 delivers a peak transfer rate of PC4-25600 across the 288-pin interface. Registered buffering adds a clock cycle to command timing, which limits raw latency but allows the memory controller to drive six modules per channel without signal degradation. Systems that require unbuffered UDIMMs or higher frequencies cannot use this kit.

Bare green PCB with 288-pin gold fingers

Modules ship without heat spreaders, exposing the Samsung, Micron or Hynix ICs directly to chassis airflow. The standard 288-pin RDIMM keying fits only registered DDR4 server sockets; it will not seat in consumer UDIMM or SO-DIMM slots. Builders must verify that their workstation board supports 2Rx8 registered population rules before installation.
