192 GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM kit

This 192 GB kit contains six 32 GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMMs built with ECC for error correction. It is designed for Thinkmate servers and workstations that require registered memory. The modules run at 1.2 V with CL22 latency and use a 2Rx8 organisation. This memory targets IT professionals who need maximum capacity in supported Thinkmate platforms.

Suited for Thinkmate STX-WS-QS12-12E2

The kit is validated for the listed Thinkmate Windows NAS and workstation models. Builders using consumer motherboards, laptops or non-Thinkmate server boards should look elsewhere because registered ECC RDIMMs are not compatible with unbuffered memory controllers. Systems that require unbuffered UDIMMs or SO-DIMMs cannot use these modules.

Six modules fill six slots for 192 GB total

Each 32 GB module is dual-rank 2Rx8, so the kit occupies six DDR4 slots and delivers the full 192 GB capacity. Platforms with fewer than six available RDIMM slots cannot accommodate the complete kit. Workloads needing more than 192 GB will require a platform that supports higher-density modules or additional memory channels.
