Capacity and compatibility

This NEMIX RAM kit provides 192GB of DDR4 memory across six 32GB RDIMM modules. It is built for THINKMATE RAX-XS4-21S1-10G, RAX-XS4-11S1-10G and RAX-XH2-11S3 rackmount servers that require registered ECC memory. The 2Rx8 organisation and 288-pin form factor match the platform's registered DIMM slots. Builders needing unbuffered UDIMMs or non-ECC memory for desktop platforms cannot use this kit.

Sustained-load behaviour

Modules run at DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) with a CAS latency of CL22 and operate at 1.20V. Registered buffering and on-die ECC correct single-bit errors during continuous operation, maintaining data integrity for virtualisation, database and compute workloads. Major OEM Samsung, Micron or Hynix chips are stress-tested under load before shipment. Systems limited to lower memory speeds or fewer populated channels will not reach the rated throughput.

Thermals noise and power

The modules have no heat spreaders, relying on server chassis airflow for cooling. At 1.20V the kit draws minimal power per DIMM, keeping thermal contribution low in densely populated racks. No moving parts mean zero acoustic noise from the memory itself. Installations in enclosures with restricted airflow should verify that case fans provide sufficient velocity across the bare PCBs.
