Each module runs at 3200 MT/s with CL22 latency at 1.20 V and uses a 4Rx4 organisation. The registered design and on-die ECC provide the data integrity required in mission-critical server workloads.

Upgrade from lower-capacity or non-ECC DDR4 RDIMMs

Systems populated with smaller RDIMMs or unbuffered memory can move to this 1 TB configuration to address memory-bound database, virtualisation or analytics tasks. The jump is worthwhile when the workload exceeds the current memory ceiling and the motherboard supports the full 16-module population allowed by the TN83-B8251 design.

Sustained-load behaviour in registered server memory

Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing all sixteen modules to operate at the rated 3200 MT/s without timing relaxation during extended compute runs. ECC correction handles single-bit errors transparently, preventing silent data corruption during long batch jobs or continuous database transactions. The 1.20 V operating voltage keeps power draw predictable across the full kit under constant utilisation.
