This NEMIX RAM kit provides 1TB of DDR5 memory across eight 128GB registered DIMMs. It operates at 5600 MT/s with CL46 latency and 1.10V voltage. ECC and registered buffering support data integrity in server workloads. The modules are validated for the ASRock WRX90 WS EVO motherboard.

Suited for high-capacity server builds

Workstations needing maximum registered ECC capacity on the WRX90 platform will use this kit. Builds requiring unbuffered UDIMMs, lower voltages, or consumer desktop form factors cannot use these modules. Systems limited to fewer than eight DIMM slots or speeds below 5600 MT/s should look elsewhere.

Eight-module 4Rx4 configuration

The kit contains eight 288-pin RDIMMs, each organised as 4Rx4 using major OEM Samsung, Micron or Hynix chips. This rank structure and pin count determine whether the motherboard memory controller can populate all slots at the rated 5600 speed. Verify the platform qualification list before purchase.
