DDR5 4800 registered ECC limits

Registered ECC DDR5 at 4800 MT/s adds a clock cycle of buffering and error correction that increases latency compared with unbuffered memory. The 4Rx4 density also restricts the maximum number of ranks per channel the platform can support. Systems that require higher frequencies or lower CAS latency cannot use this kit.
