This NEMIX RAM kit delivers 256GB of DDR5 memory across four 64GB modules. It is built for Lenovo ThinkStation PX workstations that require registered ECC memory. The modules run at 4800MT/s with CL40 latency at 1.1V.

Registered ECC for multi-socket platforms

Each module is a 288-pin RDIMM with a 2Rx4 organisation, providing the signal buffering and error correction that multi-processor workstation boards demand. The registered design reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing the full four-module population without additional buffering hardware. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow in the chassis must be sufficient for bare modules.

256GB capacity for large datasets

The 256GB total suits memory-intensive workloads such as in-memory databases, virtualisation hosts and large-scale simulation. Headroom ends when the workstation's maximum supported memory per processor is reached or when the application working set exceeds the installed capacity, at which point paging to storage becomes necessary.
