Server Memory Kit

This NEMIX RAM kit provides 256GB of DDR5 memory across eight 32GB registered DIMMs. It is built for Thinkmate TWX-XS8 tower servers that require ECC RDIMM modules. The modules operate at 4800MHz with a CAS latency of 40 and a voltage of 1.10V. They use major OEM chips from Samsung, Micron or Hynix.

For ECC Server Upgrades

This kit suits administrators upgrading compatible Thinkmate tower servers to the maximum supported capacity with registered ECC memory. It is not for desktop PCs, laptops or workstations that accept only unbuffered non-ECC UDIMMs. Buyers who need lower capacities or faster speeds should look at other configurations. Systems requiring load-reduced or different rank structures cannot use these modules.

Capacity And Headroom

The eight-module set fills eight slots to deliver 256GB total, ideal for virtualization hosts and large database workloads. Each 32GB module is dual-rank 2Rx8, providing density within the registered DIMM form factor. Performance scales with the 4800MHz data rate and CL40 timing. Workloads exceeding 256GB or requiring higher frequencies will need a different platform.
