ECC RDIMM kit for ThinkMate GPU servers

This 32 GB kit contains four 8 GB DDR4 3200 modules built to the PC4-25600 standard. Each stick is a registered 1Rx8 ECC RDIMM designed for ThinkMate GPX-QS4-12E2-4GPU and GPX-QT8-22E2-8GPU GPU-optimised servers. The modules run at 1.2 V with CL22 latency and use major-brand Samsung, Micron or Hynix chips. They install in standard 288-pin DDR4 slots without a heat spreader.

Thermals noise and power draw

Registered ECC RDIMMs draw slightly more power than unbuffered DIMMs because of the on-board register, but the 1.2 V operating voltage keeps consumption modest. Passive operation means zero fan noise from the memory itself; system airflow handles the thermal load. The CL22 timing at 3200 MT/s delivers stable throughput for sustained server workloads without generating excess heat.

Build fit and system impact

Four 8 GB modules fill four DIMM slots, leaving any remaining slots free for future expansion. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, helping signal integrity in dense configurations. ECC protection corrects single-bit errors to maintain data integrity in mission-critical tasks. Compatibility is validated for the listed ThinkMate platforms; other systems require manual verification against the motherboard qualified-vendor list.
