32 GB DDR5 Kit for Thinkmate Workstations

This 32 GB kit contains four 8 GB DDR5 UDIMMs rated at 4800 MT/s with CL40 latency. It is built for Thinkmate SB Grid-Standard workstations that require non-ECC unbuffered memory. The modules use major OEM chips and run at the standard 1.1 V DDR5 voltage.

Thermals and Power at Standard Voltage

Operating at the JEDEC 1.1 V baseline keeps power draw low and heat output modest during typical workloads. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow across the bare PCBs handles cooling in a properly ventilated chassis. The unbuffered design adds no extra electrical load on the memory controller.

Build Integration and Compatibility

Each stick uses the 288-pin DDR5 UDIMM form factor and a single-rank 1Rx8 organisation. Four modules fill a standard four-slot desktop or workstation board, leaving no spare DIMM slots for later expansion. The kit is validated for Thinkmate systems; other platforms must be checked against their own qualified-vendor lists.
