This 32GB unbuffered DDR4 module adds ECC-protected memory to compatible Supermicro workstations and servers. It operates at 3200MHz with a CAS latency of CL22 and runs at the standard 1.2V. The single 288-pin DIMM uses a 2Rx8 organisation built from major OEM chips.
