This 384GB kit contains twelve 32GB DDR4 RDIMM modules rated at 2933 MT/s with CL21 latency. ECC and registered buffering protect data integrity in multi-socket servers and high-density virtualization hosts. The 1.20V operating voltage matches standard DDR4 server specifications.

DDR4 2933 Bandwidth and Platform Limits

Peak throughput is capped by the PC4-23400 interface, so workloads that scale beyond this bandwidth will not benefit from faster modules unless the platform also supports higher speeds. Registered signalling adds one cycle of command latency, which is normal for loaded server channels but reduces raw throughput compared to unbuffered DIMMs at the same clock. Mixing ranks or voltages outside the 1.20V 2Rx4 specification can prevent the system from posting.

288-Pin RDIMM Build and Daily Handling

Modules ship without heat spreaders, relying on chassis airflow for cooling in dense 1U or blade enclosures. The 288-pin gold-edge connectors are keyed for DDR4 server slots only; they will not seat in desktop UDIMM or DDR5 sockets. Each stick carries a lifetime replacement warranty from the assembler, and the kit is validated as a matched 12-piece set to avoid single-module RMA cycles.
