384GB DDR5 ECC RDIMM kit

This 384GB kit contains twelve 32GB DDR5 4800 registered DIMMs with ECC and CL40 latency. It is built for Thinkmate Supermicro SuperServer 111C-NR, 121C-TN2R and 121C-TN10 platforms that require registered memory. The modules operate at 1.1V and use a 288-pin form factor.

DDR5 4800 registered interface limits

The DDR5 4800 standard delivers 38400 MB/s peak bandwidth per module at CL40 timing. Registered buffering adds one cycle of command latency but allows the memory controller to drive twelve ranks without signal degradation. Systems that only support unbuffered DIMMs or lower DDR5 speeds cannot use this kit.

384GB capacity for dense workloads

Twelve ranks of 1Rx4 organization provide 384GB total capacity for virtualisation, in-memory databases or large-scale simulation. The kit fills all twelve slots on the supported SuperServer boards, leaving no free DIMM sockets for further expansion. Workloads that exceed 384GB will require a platform with higher slot counts or larger module densities.
