384GB DDR5 ECC RDIMM kit

This 384GB kit contains four 96GB DDR5 4800 registered DIMMs built for the Thinkmate GPX-QH12-12E4-2GPU GPU-optimised server. Each module runs at 1.10V with CL40 latency and 2Rx8 organisation. The registered design adds a buffer that stabilises heavy memory loads.

ECC and registered operation

Error-correcting code detects and corrects single-bit errors while the registered interface reduces electrical load on the server memory controller. Together they protect data integrity during sustained GPU compute workloads. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow across the bare modules must be sufficient.

Capacity headroom for GPU workloads

Four 96GB modules fill four slots to reach 384GB total, giving large-model training and multi-GPU inference ample resident memory. The DDR5 4800 speed and CL40 timing set the bandwidth ceiling; workloads that exceed 384GB or demand lower latency will require a different platform.
