512GB DDR5 ECC Registered Kit

This 512GB kit contains four 128GB DDR5 4800MHz RDIMMs built for Dell PowerEdge R7615 rack servers. Each module runs at 1.1V with CL40 latency and uses a 4Rx4 organisation. The registered design adds a buffer that stabilises heavy memory loads in multi-socket platforms.

Suited for high-density virtualisation

Administrators expanding a R7615 to its maximum supported capacity will match the factory configuration exactly. Systems that require unbuffered UDIMMs, non-ECC memory or speeds beyond 4800MHz cannot use this kit.

Sustained load behaviour

Registered buffering and on-die ECC keep error rates low during continuous throughput workloads such as in-memory analytics or container clusters. The 1.1V operating voltage limits thermal output when all four channels are saturated for extended periods.
