Capacity and Compatibility

This kit provides 512GB of DDR4 memory arranged as eight 64GB registered DIMMs. It is validated for the Tyan Transport SX TS65-B8036 server and workstation platform. System builders scaling memory for virtualization or large datasets will match the required capacity in a single package.

Registered ECC with 4Rx4 Organization

Each module operates at DDR4 3200 with CL22 latency and a 4Rx4 rank structure. The registered buffer and ECC functionality are mandatory for the target motherboard; unbuffered or non-ECC alternatives will not function in this system.

Platform Integration

The 288-pin RDIMMs install directly into the server's memory slots at 1.2V. Registered signalling reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing all eight slots to be populated without additional buffering hardware. No heat spreaders are fitted, so chassis airflow must accommodate bare modules.
