This 512GB kit contains eight 64GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMMs built with ECC and a 4Rx4 organisation. It is designed for Thinkmate HDX-XN24 and HDX-XN12 server platforms that require registered memory. The modules operate at 1.2V with a CAS latency of CL22. Buyers needing non-ECC or unbuffered memory for desktop boards cannot use this kit.

Eight matched modules in a single package

The kit supplies all eight 64GB sticks together so the memory controller sees identical timing, voltage and rank layout across every populated slot. This removes the risk of mixing modules from different production lots or speed bins. No heat spreaders are included, so airflow in the server chassis must handle cooling. Systems that cannot accept 4Rx4 registered DIMMs will not benefit from this bundle.

DDR4 3200 registered ECC interface constraints

The DDR4 3200 PC4-25600 standard sets the maximum transfer rate and voltage for these modules. Registered ECC operation adds a clock cycle of buffering, which improves signal integrity at high capacity but prevents use in platforms that only support unbuffered memory. The 288-pin RDIMM form factor fits only DDR4 registered slots; it will not install in DDR5 or standard UDIMM sockets.
