This 64GB kit contains two 32GB DDR5 modules built for Supermicro server and workstation platforms. Each stick runs at 4800MHz with CL40 latency and operates at 1.1V as a registered ECC RDIMM. The 1Rx4 organisation and 288-pin form factor match the SuperMicro FatTwin and SuperServer families listed in the compatibility data.

Build Integration

The modules plug directly into 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM slots on supported Supermicro motherboards such as the X13SEFR-A and the FatTwin SYS-F521E3-RTB or SYS-F511E2-RT platforms. ECC and register buffering free the memory controller from single-bit error handling and electrical loading, leaving the CPU to focus on throughput. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow across the DIMM rows must be provided by the chassis design.
