64GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM kit

This 64GB kit contains four 16GB DDR4 3200 ECC registered DIMMs built for THINKMATE RAX-XS4-11S3-SH rackmount servers. Each module runs at 1.2V with CL22 latency and a 2Rx8 organisation. The registered design adds a buffer that reduces electrical load on the server memory controller.

Replaces slower or smaller DDR4 ECC RDIMMs
