64GB DDR5 RDIMM kit for ThinkMate servers

This 64GB kit contains four 16GB DDR5 4800 modules built for ThinkMate Supermicro SuperServer 521C-NR systems. Each stick is a 288-pin registered DIMM with ECC and a CL40 latency at 1.10V. The modules use major OEM chips from Samsung, Micron or Hynix and ship without heat spreaders.

DDR5 4800 registered ECC bandwidth ceiling

The PC5-38400 interface tops out at 4800 MT/s per module, so total throughput scales with the number of populated channels the server board provides. Registered buffering adds one cycle of command delay but allows larger capacities per channel than unbuffered DIMMs. ECC correction handles single-bit errors transparently, which is mandatory for the target platform.

1Rx8 organisation decides slot population

Each 16GB module uses a single-rank 1Rx8 layout, so four sticks occupy four slots and present four ranks to the memory controller. Boards limited to fewer ranks per channel or fewer physical slots will not accept the full kit. Buyers needing higher density per slot or a different rank count must choose another part number.
