Capacity and Signal Margin

The single 64GB rank-4Rx4 module operates at DDR4 2400 (PC4-19200) with CL17 latency at 1.2V. ECC protection corrects single-bit errors to maintain data integrity under sustained workloads. The 288-pin LRDIMM form factor fits DDR4 LRDIMM slots; it will not operate in standard UDIMM or RDIMM sockets. Headroom is defined by the platform's maximum supported memory speed and total capacity limits.

Build Integration Requirements

Installation requires a motherboard qualified for DDR4 LRDIMM memory and a BIOS that recognises 4Rx4 density.
