Capacity and compatibility

This 768GB kit contains twelve 64GB DDR4 3200 RDIMM modules built for THINKMATE Supermicro SuperServer platforms including the 620P-TR, 620P-TRT, 220P-C9R and 220P-C9RT. It targets administrators who need maximum registered ECC capacity in those qualified systems. Builders using other motherboards or workstations that do not appear on the qualified list cannot rely on this kit for guaranteed operation.

Registered ECC construction

Each module uses a 4Rx4 organisation with a 288-pin registered interface and operates at 1.20V without a heat spreader. The registered buffer and ECC circuitry reduce electrical load on the memory controller and correct single-bit errors, which is required for stable operation in the supported multi-socket Supermicro servers. Systems that accept only unbuffered UDIMMs or that lack the matching DDR4 3200 RDIMM slot specification will not accept these modules.
