Capacity and configuration

This kit supplies 768GB of DDR5 memory across twelve 64GB registered DIMMs. It is built for Supermicro Storage SuperServer platforms that require high-density ECC modules. Each module runs at 4800MT/s with a CAS latency of CL40 and operates at 1.10V. The 2Rx4 organisation and 288-pin form factor match the server's memory slots.

Registered ECC with major OEM chips

The modules use Samsung, Micron or Hynix DRAM and include on-die error correction and register buffering. These features protect data integrity under sustained load and reduce electrical loading on the memory bus. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow in the server chassis must handle thermal management. The kit is validated for the listed Supermicro SSG-521E and X13SEDW models.

Suited for memory-intensive server workloads

This configuration targets administrators scaling virtualisation, database or storage nodes on the compatible Supermicro platforms. Buyers who need a different capacity, speed grade or unbuffered DIMMs should look elsewhere. Systems that do not support registered ECC DDR5 or that require heat-spreader-equipped modules are not a match for this kit.
