Fits 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM slots on qualified server

Each stick is a 4Rx4 organization that presents four ranks to the memory controller, so the platform must support that rank count per DIMM. No heat spreaders are fitted, leaving the full module height clear for tight 1U or blade chassis airflow. The kit frees administrators from mixing loose sticks and from validating individual modules across a large fleet.

Sustained throughput at rated voltage

Stress testing under continuous load confirms stability at the rated 1.10V without thermal throttling on the bare DRAM. Registered signalling reduces electrical load on the memory bus, allowing all six slots to hold the rated 5600 MT/s data rate during long compute or virtualization runs. Builds that require overclocked memory speeds or desktop unbuffered timings cannot use this kit.
