Capacity and compatibility

This 96GB kit contains twelve 8GB DDR4 3200 ECC RDIMM modules built for THINKMATE TWX-QS8-14E3 and TWX-QS8-24E3 tower servers. The registered design with 1Rx8 organisation and CL22 latency targets enterprise workloads that require error correction and signal integrity. Each module runs at 1.2V and uses 288-pin DDR4 form factor. It is not suited for consumer desktop boards that lack registered memory support.

Sustained-load behaviour

Modules are stress tested under load to verify stability during continuous operation in multi-socket server environments. ECC circuitry detects and corrects single-bit errors in real time while registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller across all twelve slots. The 3200 MT/s data rate and PC4-25600 bandwidth are maintained at the rated 1.2V without additional cooling requirements. Systems needing higher frequencies or lower latencies will not reach those targets with this kit.

Installation notes

The kit populates all twelve DIMM slots on compatible THINKMATE platforms, so no empty slots remain for future expansion. Installers must follow the server manual for correct population order across memory channels. Heat spreaders are absent, which eases fitment in dense configurations but requires adequate chassis airflow. Mixing these registered ECC modules with unbuffered or non-ECC DIMMs will prevent the system from posting.
