This 512 GB kit contains four 128 GB DDR5 4800 ECC registered DIMMs built for the ASUS RS520A-E12-RS24U single-socket 2U server. Each module runs at 1.1 V with CL40 latency and a 4Rx4 organisation using major OEM chips. The registered design adds signal buffering required by high-density server platforms.

The 4Rx4 rank structure and registered interface are the decisive specification for compatibility with the target ASUS motherboard. ECC protection corrects single-bit errors in flight, while the registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller.
