Synology FS6400 memory kit

This 512 GB kit contains sixteen 32 GB DDR4 2666 registered ECC DIMMs validated for the Synology FS6400 NAS. Each module runs at 1.2 V with CL19 latency and a 2Rx4 organisation. The registered design adds a buffer that helps the memory controller maintain signal integrity across all sixteen slots.

Suited for capacity-bound NAS workloads

Administrators who need the maximum supported memory for virtualisation, large-scale file services or database caching on the FS6400 will use every slot. Builders working with consumer motherboards, non-ECC platforms or systems limited to fewer DIMM slots cannot use this registered kit.

Build integration

The 288-pin RDIMMs install directly into the FS6400 memory slots without additional cabling or cooling hardware. ECC and register buffering free the CPU from single-bit error correction overhead, while the low 1.2 V operating voltage reduces power draw across the full 512 GB population.
