This 32 GB kit contains two 16 GB DDR4 3200 modules with ECC and a CAS latency of CL22. It is built for ThinkMate TWX-XS4-14E2 and TWX-XS8-14E2 tower servers that accept unbuffered memory. The 1.2 V modules use major OEM chips from Samsung, Micron or Hynix. Buyers needing registered DIMMs or higher capacities must choose a different product.

DDR4 3200 Unbuffered Limits

The kit runs at the standard DDR4 3200 speed with PC4-25600 bandwidth and requires a platform that supports unbuffered ECC UDIMMs. Registered or load-reduced memory cannot be mixed with these modules. Systems limited to lower speeds will downclock the kit automatically. Servers that demand registered memory or densities beyond 16 GB per slot cannot use this kit.

288-Pin UDIMM Installation
