The NuoTo RP2040 development board centres on a dual-core ARM Cortex-M0+ processor running at up to 133MHz with 264KB SRAM and 4MB on-chip flash. It targets makers and engineers who need a compact microcontroller platform for embedded control, sensor logging or USB-connected peripherals. The board ships new and ready for code upload via the USB-C port.

Sustained operation with TPS63000 regulator

On-board TPS63000 buck-boost regulator delivers a 1.8A current switch for efficient voltage conversion while charging or discharging a lithium cell. Low-power sleep and hibernation modes reduce draw during idle periods, and the chip maintains accurate clocks and timers throughout extended runs. The USB mass-storage bootloader allows drag-and-drop firmware updates without extra tools.

GPIO and peripheral limits

Twenty-six multi-function GPIO pins expose two SPI, two I2C, two UART, three 12-bit ADC channels and sixteen PWM outputs alongside a temperature sensor and hardware floating-point acceleration. Eight programmable I/O state machines handle custom protocol timing. No wireless radios, Ethernet PHY or additional storage interfaces are present on the board.
