This OWC DDR4 3200 ECC load-reduced DIMM delivers 256 GB in a single 288-pin module rated at PC4-25600 CL22 and 1.2 V. It targets servers, workstations and NAS systems that require maximum density per slot and error-correcting memory protection.

Build integration

The module fits 288-pin DDR4 slots on platforms such as the Gigabyte R182-Z90, R182-Z91, R182-Z92, R182-Z93 and R262-ZA0. It cannot be mixed with unbuffered or registered ECC DIMMs, so the entire memory subsystem must use load-reduced modules. Backward compatibility with 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933 MHz buses allows deployment in older platforms without replacing the full kit.
