An Intel Core i7-1165G7 processor with Intel Iris Xe graphics drives Windows 11 Pro on 32 GB of DDR4-3200 memory and a 1 TB SSD. The front panel meets IP65 protection for dust and water jets.

Fanless cooling sustains 7 × 24 operation

Passive aluminium alloy cooling eliminates moving parts and runs silently across a 0–50 °C operating range with the installed SSD. The CPU maintains up to 4.70 GHz under continuous load without thermal throttling from fan failure. A hardware watchdog timer with 255 levels provides automatic recovery if the system hangs during unattended shifts.

Replaces legacy panel PCs needing sealed front

The embedded mounting cutout of 301 × 229 mm fits existing cabinet openings while upgrading to a modern 1024 × 768 panel at 350 cd/m² brightness. Dual LAN, dual COM and dual USB 3.0 ports consolidate PLC, HMI and data-logging cabling into one unit. Expansion via M.2 Key E for WIFI6 and Key B for 5G with a SIM slot adds wireless connectivity without rewiring the enclosure.
