15" IP65 industrial panel PC

The Partaker A27 is a fanless all-in-one computer built around an Intel Core i5-4200U processor with 16 GB of DDR3 memory and a 512 GB mSATA drive. Its 15-inch resistive touchscreen runs at 1024×768 and is sealed to IP65 at the front for dust and water resistance. The aluminum chassis operates silently from -20 °C to +60 °C on 12 V DC, with an optional 9–36 V wide-range input. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed for immediate deployment in embedded or kiosk roles.

Fanless thermal behaviour under load

Because the system relies on a passive aluminum alloy chassis, heat from the dual-core i5-4200U dissipates through the enclosure rather than a moving fan. During sustained workloads the processor will throttle to stay within its thermal envelope, so continuous compute throughput is lower than short-burst performance. Silent operation is maintained at all times, and the absence of moving parts eliminates a common failure point in dusty or vibration-prone environments. The 350 cd/m² display remains readable while the chassis handles the thermal load.

IP65 front-panel sealing

The decisive specification is the IP65-rated front bezel, which protects the resistive touchscreen and internal electronics from dust ingress and low-pressure water jets. This rating allows the unit to be mounted in a 355×279 mm panel cutout where wash-downs or airborne particulates occur. If the installation does not require front-face sealing, a non-IP rated panel PC would be simpler and less costly.
