Industrial panel PC for edge AI

The Partaker A28 is a 15.6 inch all-in-one system built around an Intel Core i5-4200U processor running up to 2.60 GHz with 16 GB of DDR3 memory and a 512 GB mSATA drive. It ships with Windows 10 Pro and targets industrial automation, kiosk or edge AI deployments that need a sealed, fanless unit. The aluminium alloy chassis and IP65-rated front panel allow mounting in dusty or wet environments where a standard PC would fail.

Verify power voltage and panel cutout before

The system accepts a standard 12 V DC input with an optional 9 to 36 V wide-range configuration that must be specified at purchase. Mounting requires a precise 385 by 234.3 mm rectangular cutout for the embedded IP65 bezel. Expansion uses two mini PCIe slots; one supports a Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or cellular module with a SIM holder, while the other is wired for Wi-Fi only. The dual COM ports are configurable as RS232 or RS485 and can be expanded to six with a custom order.

Resistive touch and dual display change daily

The default resistive touchscreen is rated for 50 million touches and works with gloves or a stylus, unlike capacitive alternatives. Dual display output via HDMI and the internal LVDS connection lets operators mirror or extend the 1920 by 1080 panel to a second monitor. Two 8 W speakers provide local audio alerts, while the watchdog timer (0 to 255 levels) and timer power-on functions enable unattended recovery after a fault or scheduled start-up.
