Industrial 15.6" All-in-One Panel PC

The Partaker A7 is a 15.6 inch fanless industrial panel PC built around an Intel Celeron J1900 processor. It ships with Windows 10 Pro on 8 GB of DDR3L memory, a 256 GB mSATA SSD and a 1 TB 2.5 inch SATA HDD. The IP65-rated front panel and five-wire resistive touchscreen suit factory floors, kiosks and embedded automation where dust, moisture and gloved operation are routine.

Build Integration and Expansion

A single 12 V DC input powers the unit and an embedded buckle kit enables panel-mount installation in a 386.5 x 236 mm cut-out. One Mini PCIe slot with a SIM socket accepts Wi-Fi or 4G modules, while VGA, three COM ports, one USB 3.0, three USB 2.0, LAN and audio jacks connect legacy PLCs, barcode scanners and serial peripherals without extra adapters.

Sustained Operation Behaviour

The aluminium chassis dissipates heat passively, allowing continuous operation from 0 to 50 °C with the SSD installed or 0 to 40 °C when the mechanical HDD is active. The watchdog timer can reset the system after a hang, and automatic power-on after a supply failure keeps unattended stations running. Backlight life is rated at 30,000 hours and the touchscreen withstands 35 million actuations.
