The Partaker B23 ships with Windows 11 Pro, a 20-core 28-thread Intel Core i7-14700F and a GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card. Thirty-two gigabytes of DDR5-5600 memory and a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD handle large assets. Four display outputs drive 8K at 60 Hz across HDMI and three DisplayPort connectors.

The discrete GPU delivers 6144 CUDA cores, a 192-bit memory bus and base and boost clocks of 2325 MHz and 2512 MHz. DLSS 4 acceleration targets three-times faster AI throughput than the previous 4070-class card. Liquid cooling and dual copper fans keep the 20-core CPU and GPU stable under sustained 8K workloads.

Compact chassis with tool-less bays

Two SO-DIMM slots support up to 96 GB of DDR5, while a single M.2 PCIe 4.0 slot and two 2.5-inch SATA 3.0 bays allow storage expansion without cable routing. Dual 1 Gbps LAN, WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 are integrated on the B760 motherboard. The 20 V 20 A external power adapter accepts 100-240 V input for worldwide use.
