It works in x1, x4, x8 or x16 slots and supports Windows from XP through Windows 10 and Server 2019. The card uses a NEC+VIA chipset and draws power directly from the slot without an extra cable.

5 Gbps shared bandwidth across all ports

Every port can reach up to 5 Gbps, but the total bandwidth is shared across the eight ports.
