E3.S 7.5mm form factor

The Solidigm D7-PS1010 is a 3.84TB enterprise SSD built on 176L TLC 3D NAND and a PCI-Express 5.0 interface. It targets data-centre workloads that demand consistent throughput and endurance in a compact E3.S 7.5mm package. The Opal security feature supports encryption requirements for sensitive deployments.

Build integration

The drive slots into an E3.S 7.5mm bay and connects via a PCI-Express 5.0 x4 link, freeing traditional 2.5-inch or U.2 bays for other devices. Its 110g weight and 1010 model designation reflect a design optimised for dense server chassis. No additional mounting hardware is described in the specifications.
